Today’s destination is Parsley Hay, it is a 30 minute drive from Sheffield City Center. We reached the cycle hire shop and pick up our bicycle around 9.30am. It start to drizzle and but we got so excited and decided to cycle in the rain.
Mr. Richard had pick a flatter trail for us to cycle after knowing our weak stamina. We cycle a total of 24 miles covering the Tissington Trail and High Peak Trail. The scenery is breath taking and we saw some milk cow (vary big) and the old Hartington Station. We reach back the cycle rental shop around 1pm.

Healthy Lifestyle

Cute little nurse don’t you think? Make you feel better when you are sick.

Today I attended an information session organised by SHU- Living A Healthy Lifestyle In Sheffield.
The session is being organised by 2 pretty ladies Michelle and Michaela. Always wonder why all the nurses look so cute and pretty. We are being divided to 2 groups: green and red. Some question is been post to us and we will vote by moving around the room in different zone.
Q: Woman can take more unit of alcohol than man.
A. No
Q: How many portion of fruits and vegetables recommended per day
A: 8 not 5
Q: If you get sick, what should you do?
A: Let a friend know. And get free treatment in any Sheffield hospital or medical centre.

It is fun although the room is getting stuffy because there are quite a big crowd of student who wish to get the hand on the lucky draw of £20 book store voucher. (I wanted it badly!). Still the voucher did not reach me and fly to Pei San’s hand. :-(
With much determination that I won’t go back empty handed, I ask Michelle if she still need the fresh fruits and vegetables (demonstration tools she been using). Ha! She said ‘Please help yourself with it’. Happly I walk home with some sweet cheery tomato. ;-)
