Today is our 2nd trip to Peak Districts organizes by our Lecturer Mr. Richard Davis. CM’s lecturer Mr. Norman Watts in last minute decided to join in the fun. Thank you sir LOL. Today’s destination is Parsley Hay, it is a 30 minute drive from Sheffield City Center. We reached the cycle hire shop and pick up our bicycle around 9.30am. It start to drizzle and but we got so excited and decided to cycle in the rain.
Mr. Richard had pick a flatter trail for us to cycle after knowing our weak stamina. We cycle a total of 24 miles covering the Tissington Trail and High Peak Trail. The scenery is breath taking and we saw some milk cow (vary big) and the old Hartington Station. We reach back the cycle rental shop around 1pm.
Information on the trail and bicycle rental can be obtain from http://www.peakdistrict.org/trailsleaflet.pdf
