English Conversation Club

Receive an e-mail from SHU on an invitation to joint an activity by The English Conversation Club. The English Conversation Club, which offers an ideal chance to meet students from across the world (including British students), make friends and discover different cultures.

Today we are going to have a historical tour of the Sheffield City by Ms. Viv Thom. She highlighted some of the key buildings during industrial age.


Gather in forth of Owen Building. Andrew giving out some info sheet and umbrella.

BUTCHER WORKS

Ms. Thom bring us to butcher works which are in Arundel Street. It is a place which the Little Master- (the cutlers or blademakers) produce steel cutlery. It had been converted to an residential house, but still maintaining some feature.
